I love to grow passion and purpose focussed companies and deliver the seemingly impossible. Over the last 20+ years I have done this in Television (Channel 4, 4music, Kerrang! TV, Kiss TV, Magic TV, Q TV, The Box), Radio and Digital, often blazing new trails and disrupting the status quo. Now I lead the world’s largest rock school delivering inclusive and self belief building rock and pop band lessons in thousands of primary schools across the country. Growing up living in poverty left me with a drive to contribute to a fairer society. At Rocksteady I take a ‘for profit, for good’ approach to creating sustainable commercial success intrinsically linked to positive social outcomes. Under my leadership the business has grown 40x to become the worlds largest Rockschool delivering inspiring music experiences to hundreds of thousands of children each year, many of them completely for free to some of the most in need children through our self funded Rocksteady Foundation.
