Responsible for the Marketing Communications function at Allied, the internal creative team and agencies who produce all advertising and promotions for the Alltel brand, including television, print, direct mail and online. Responsible for the Product Management, Prepaid Wireless and Device teams covering all of the primary Product Management functions at Alltel. Areas of responsibility include product management and product development, device testing and deployment, Walmart relationship management - prepaid wireless under the brand U Prepaid, device manufacturer relationship management, subsidy expense management.

The Circumference Group is a private investment and advisory team focused on telecommunications and technology businesses. CG was instrumental in ATNI's purchase of Alltel assets from Verizon to form Allied Wireless in 2009.

As VP of Emerging Growth Strategy, I was responsible for identifying profitable growth paths into new and under-penetrated areas of the wireless industry. In 2008, subprime wireless and the impact of the changing economy on Alltel’s customer base was a particular area of focus.

Organized and led a technical product management group responsible for the entire suite of multimedia products including ringtones, streaming and downloadable video, full-track music, GPS/LBS products, games and more for Alltel's 13M customers. Under my guidance as Director of Multimedia Content Services, Alltel delivered a number of industry firsts, including on-device, animated product demonstrations, Alltel’s multi-award winning and exclusive Celltop device user interface, introductions of TV on Demand, day-pass pricing for mobile web, the DRM-free Jump Music suite of applications and mobile XM Satellite Radio subscriptions for Alltel customers.

Responsible for ensuring cross-functional product coordination within the organization. Redefined the product development process at Alltel by introducing a very successful stage/gate methodology to improve efficiency.
