Before coming on full-time with Green House, a move made necessary by the company's quick growth while being primarily operated by Kim since 2017, Scott's 24-year career with Luttrell Staffing Group (formerly AtWork Personnel) included roles as Staffing Manager, Senior Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, Social Media Manager, and Director of Marketing for his employer's 40+ locations. He's also a part-time writer and opinion columnist at Townhall and a former politics reporter at the Daily Caller. His columns on a variety of subjects from business to politics and current events have also appeared on Newsweek, National Review, The Federalist, Breitbart, The Hill, The Blaze, and many other websites.
