Budgeting and Forecasting - responsible for producing annual budget and monthly forecast for my business area, highlighting issues and developing commentary for inclusion in a board report. TM1/Cognos - Created and maintained TM1/Cognos model for delivering budgets and forecasts accurately and to the whole business. Administrator for user and group security. Used data from various sources to produce the monthly actuals.Excel/VBA - Created end user reports using TM1 source data and IMS source data to deliver easy to use management reports to demonstrate current position and gauge future throughput of Purchase Orders/Projects.Dashboards - Created dashboard reports for business KPI reporting, accessing Operational, Administrative, HR and QSHE data.Project Management - PRINCE2 trained, managed project to deliver new IMS for mutli-billion pound contract, based on Maximo software and integrating with new mobile working solution.
