Whilst my resume demonstrates my skills, knowledge, experience and expertise, it doesn’t necessarily capture much about me, Scott Mosey the person.I have two teenage children who I am crazy about and who I have the best time with. I also have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 emus, 2 peacocks, geese, ducks, chickens, a snake and a rat! I love to cook, especially baking and I also love to garden, to read and to go to the movies. I am passionate about helping others and so I do a lot of volunteering in my spare time. I am also a City of Armadale Councilor.Work wise, whilst my resume shows some of my Agile experience, it doesn’t completely capture everything I’ve done, nor does it show the depth of IT experience and roles I’ve had. As well as being a current Senior Agile Coach and prior to that, having been a Senior Scrum Master, I have also been a Product Owner and a Chapter Lead. I’ve also been both a Business Analyst and a Tester within Scrum Teams. Prior to embracing an Agile Way of Working, I was also a Project Manager, a Release Manager, a User Acceptance Test Manager and a Business Analyst.I am passionate about working as part of a Team and to help build an amazing work culture. I love to support people to get the very best from themselves and to achieve whatever they want to achieve. I’ve worked across a large spectrum of fields, including Hardship, Collections, Home Buying, Risk, Operations, Hardware & Infrastructure, Sales, Call Centre, Messaging & Chat and Business Banking.I adore the Agile Ways of Working and get so much joy from assisting others to embrace and get the same experience from this way of working.I look forward to an opportunity to discuss further with you or to answer any questions you have.
