Responsibilities:• As Director, Strategic Business Solutions for Western Canada, take a senior leadership role in selected sales pursuits that are identified as strategic and complex. Where there is a need to manage a complex program of pursuit activities, before during and after the preparation of a proposal – work with the assigned Client Executive and location BUM to help define the pursuit program and then provide the project management support required to execute that pursuit program.• As Director, Strategic Business Solutions for Western Canada, take a lead role in working with the pursuit team to architect and articulate the winning business relationship / pricing model for the opportunity. Take the lead role to own and drive the financial modeling for this business relationship based on cost inputs from all relevant areas and contributors. Take the lead role in writing and/or providing QA of strategic proposal as relates to the Business arrangements sections and the pricing sections.• Participate as member of Western Canada Leadership team to help shape and execute the Western Canada strategy and to provide guidance and support as required for the operational execution of the strategy. This could include taking on ad hoc short term senior level assignments as required to support the Western Canada Leadership team
