One Million Degrees Scholars are highly motivated, low-income individuals pursuing their associate's degrees in the city of Chicago. Students have persisted through challenging situations and are striving to reach their full potential and become positive forces in their families and communities.As a coach, I provide training and tools to engage with scholars by working to set goals, achieve critical milestones and become a future leader.

The Organizational Development Network of Chicago offers programs and other activities for OD practitioners and others to build the skills to support the transformation of people, organizations and communities. Served on the OD Resource and Strategic Alliance Committee.

Built and led global hybrid organizational research department for a digital transformation consultancy from the ground up culminating with oversight of twenty-two employees spanning the US, UK, India and Singapore. Successive promotions from Sr. Associate to Sr. Director. Last three years focused on human capital improvement initiatives.Led team to receive company's global Team Impact Finalist Award. Selected as a Finalist for Contributions to Culture Impact Award. Facilitated four "Rookie of the Year" Winners/Finalists to emerge from the team.
