He has 20 years of experience in the area of competitive and industry data analysis, industry research, and valuation analysis to support financial plans, including the development of sophisticated financial models to determine the impact of revenue and profitability growth on the value of a business, market or market niche. He is a key MPD project resource on matters involving the examination of the competitive payments landscape and the size and scope of key market opportunities therein.

Cofounded a boutique consulting and investment banking firm. Draw upon expertise in corporate finance and financial strategy and upon strong analytic and research experience, enabling the firm to serve a broad range of clients across all industries. Oversaw corporate strategic planning and analysis activities for a 330-person startup joint venture with $20 million in annual revenues. Reported directly to the CFO. Worked with technical staff and product marketing management to develop the company’s network architecture and service capabilities in the content production and digital video service markets. Worked to optimize service delivery from a cost standpoint. Performed market research to analyze the company’s economic and competitive environment, helped the CFO identify and evaluate potential acquisition candidates, and supported merger and acquisition activities.
