There's always a better way to do something. Some untapped idea buried in the organization, or taking a step back and asking why we do something in the first place. Testing the assumptions and asking great questions. This is my passion. Bringing teams together to help organizations find new ways to do things better, for their customers, their employees, and their operations. I believe strongly that education, in all its forms, is foundational to the advancement of our societies and our economies. This also requires education to advance itself to ensure it is providing the skills and opportunities that will be required for the careers of the future in a way that engages the learner and encourages life-long learning. I am passionate about working with education providers to support them in providing the learner experience of the future.
