Before I moved to Florida to buy and manage Vacation Properties full time, I built and sold several companies, including two Real Estate Agencies and a Title company. I also own and manage commercial properties in TN. Prior to that I held a real estate license for 15 years and did some rehab and residential investments around Nashville from 2005 to 2016. I have owned several mortgage companies and worked as a licensed broker for a few years. I have managed Bank Branches for Regions/Union Planters, including the downtown Main Office and West Nashville Branches simultaneously. I cut my teeth in sales with Morgan Stanley, and did intensive Sales training in the original World Trade Center on Wall Street in 2001., I have worked as a Margin Specialist in the Credit Department of JC Bradford & Co. I started in Management when I was 16. I was Assistant Manager of a National Restaurant Chain at 19 and moved up to Company Trainer opening new stores across the country by 21 before going to college and getting my degree in Business / Finance.I graduated in 1999 from MTSU with a BBA, Majored in Finance and Business Administration. I also Double Minored in Accounting and Psychology, with an emphasis in Financial Institution Management.I hold several inactive or retired licenses including :-Licensed Mortgage Originator -Series 7 - Registered Sales Rep (Stocks)-Series 66- 6 and 63 combined for Mutual Funds and Managed Money-Series 32 - Managed Commodity Futures-Credit, and Life Insurance Agent -Real Estate Affiliate Broker
