Chief Information Officer
CurrentEnsures the Enterprise achieves strategic value from leveraging technology to drive organizational growth, performance, and profitability. Acts as a change agent orchestrating business strategy by championing innovation with a focus on developing flexible, scalable solutions for external and internal clients encompassing twenty two offices spanning fourteen states. Works closely with cross functional teams from all Business Units to ensure the Technology Road Map remains in coherence with overall business objectives. Oversees a team of technology professionals to identify and evaluate innovative and emerging technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the organization’s infrastructure. Directs all policies, procedures, and standards relating to Information Technologies throughout the company. Reviews, negotiates, and approves all major technology contracts including Enterprise Support and Services Level Agreements. Responsible for Employee Performance Appraisals, Capacity Planning, TCO and ROI analysis.
