Manage the daily work efforts of design engineering for the architectural lighting product lines. Successfully managed all product launches and oversaw competitor product analysis and assessments. Created project scopes, parts/assemblies, line drawings and assembly/installation instruction documents. Oversaw all inter-departmental coordination and cross functional training for Advent projects.
