Scott was raised in the small town of Gillett, Arkansas where his close knit relationships with family, friends, and members of the community taught him the value of hard work, giving back to the community, and continued education. In fact, the excellent education provided by the passionate teachers of Gillett propelled him into the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where he earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both Finance and Marketing. Scott’s education and hard work granted him the opportunities to advance his corporate career with companies such as Wal-Mart, JCPenney, and Signet Jewelers. During this time, Scott led teams in Project Management and Corporate Real Estate Operations. Though he always kept a full work schedule, he didn’t let corporate life inhibit him from continuing to donate his time, volunteering both with programs inside the company as well as activities outside his work. Scott has always had a passion to help people accomplish their dreams. His background in Project Management and Operations has qualified him with essential tools to help clients efficiently manage their Buying and Selling needs and his desire to provide top notch service allows him to educate and advise clients throughout the entire process.Scott holds himself accountable to three main principles of character: Compassion. He is a compassionate person who understands and appreciates that all individuals come from a different walk of life and have different needs when it comes to their home buying and selling experience.
