My main tasks were:• plan and implement the production phases, deciding the times and methods of production• coordinating logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring the monitoring of stock levels of products and materials necessary for production processes• organize and manage human resources in the production sector, in relation to production flows, possibly managing external personnel to cover production peaks• drafting of production budgets and periodic analysis for cost containment in agreement with the purchasing office• check the operating status of the machinery and instruments, plan maintenance• mediate conflicts in the relationship with the social partnersI started the Lean Production program both from the technological point of view: implementation of the Kanban system, implementation of the 5S philosophy in the areas of work, improvement of the production process, and under the aspect of "corporate cultural change".• sessions for continuous improvement (Kaizen event) directly in the department to verify and optimize the production processes, through the active involvement of the workers• Implementation of the 5S and periodic audits of the work sections to verify their effectiveness and maintenance• weekly audit (Safety Walk) to verify compliance with and maintenance of the required level of safety.
