- Oversee and manage multi-million dollar direct mail and digital marketing programs to acquire and retain movements of passionate fans, activists and donors to the Stand Together community and associated nonprofits- Collaborate across teams to ensure our audience acquisition and retention strategies are consistent with brand and messaging while maintaining motivating and compelling marketing and fundraising offers to prospective activists and donors- Responsible for optimization of long term donor pipeline strategy to leverage all revenue streams and support capabilities to ensure Stand Together is growing and retaining our donor partners - Supervise team of four; responsible for establishing team KPIs, financial projections and working with individual team members on professional develop goals
