Surfaced those insights that supported progress toward yearly goals set by the Credit Union's Board.I spearheaded the transition from outdated text-only reporting methods to modern SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, utilizing data from our ARCU and EDS data warehouses. To date, we have successfully converted over 300 Episys core reports, We have replaced OpCon in our production environment with these reports and other automations driven by our development staff for additional cost savings and more importantly much higher quality reports that leverage our data warehouse investment.I also led the implementation of integrating our Meridian Link data into the ARCU data warehouse, making it available for next-day analytics in both Power BI and SSRS reporting. This initiative has significantly enhanced our data analysis capabilities, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

A two-year project that normalized 40 million rows of data across 40 tables with published schemas that forced referential integrity that supported data reporting efficiencies. This application was implemented in all 66 County Auditor offices in South Dakota.
