Scott M. OsantowskiPresidentSecurity Dynamics Corp. Scott began his law enforcement career in the security industry in 1985. During his employment in small and large security companies, Scott rose through the ranks from security guard to operations manager. In 1989, he left full-time security work to begin his career as a law enforcement officer in suburban Chicago, relegating his security work to a part-time supplemental role.In 1999, Scott partnered with other law enforcement officers and created Security Dynamics, a licensed private security and detective agency. As a corporate officer, Scott held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Director of Security Services. In 2006, Scott became the President of Security Dynamics, a post he holds today. Then in 2009, Scott retired from law enforcement and assumed a full-time role at Security Dynamics. Although Scott maintains his status as a law enforcement officer in a small suburban municipality, his primary focus is on guiding and growing Security Dynamics.
