Oshman Aviation has successfully closed over 150 aircraft sales transactions since 2017. • Responsible for all aircraft inventory purchases, aircraft sales, financing, budget forecasting, marketing, contracting, insurance, and purchase agreement initiatives for the organization. • Liaison between the organization and financing institutions during inventory purchases and sales. • Promote a working environment where employees and contractors are engaged and perform at their highest level. • Provide the highest level of client experience and support throughout the sales and management cycles. • Promote consistent positive client interactions to deliver on the objective of repeat business opportunities. • Build strategic alliances both inside and outside the organization to create business opportunities and execute business strategies. • Manage pricing and costs to maintain or enhance margins. • Adjusting strategic plans as required to achieve valuation objectives. • Provide leadership to ensure long-term success, reputation, and relevancy for the organization.
