My goal has been to create cutting-edge online real estate marketing founded in tried and true real estate common sense. My experience in real estate, web design, and audio/visual production has created a synergy that allows me to give the best advice, technology, and service to both the REALTOR® clients of my web video tour company, Total Web Management, and to my clients in real estate at Putnam Agency Real Estate, LLC. As a business owner of Total Web Management, I have been able to give a quality product at a reasonable price to my clients. TWM’s products are narrated video tours of real estate listings. There are different lengths/price levels to accommodate any size property/development. My experience as a co-owner of Jungle Tone, an audio/visual recording studio, affords me the ability to create a video tour that can be linked any of the industry standard online services and to do it quickly and keep the cost for them low. The goal at TWM was to create a tour that would run 24/7 for the life of the real estate listing while costing less than a one day newsprint advertisement. My goal now is to expand my volume of clientele at Total Web Management. The increased amount of business will allow me to invest in higher quality production equipment and offer an even better product.
