As the Chief Information Officer for AIIM Technology, my job is to help people realize their objectives in the ever changing technology market. Over the last few years we have developed templates and web applications for SharePoint, including the first Desktop Application that integrates custom data collection with SharePoint. Focusing on bar coded asset management, RFID, and image recognition, we have established a turn key product line that enables rules based workflows and asset management solutions within the SharePoint framework. Our Desktop software enables operators to focus on specific tasks and events without having to log into or use the SharePoint interface. Simultaneously, stakeholders can facilitate complex business processes in SharePoint without having to train the operators on SharePoint. Simply put, AIIM is to SharePoint what Outlook is to Exchange.

I am currently creating efficiencies and saving companies money by streamlining their internal business process using SharePoint, workflow, and other solutions developed in Visual Studio. This company was the beginning of Covenant Services, and as the first Director of IT, I created the tenet that propelled this companies IT strategy. With hands on approach, I was able to bring on many people to take over each area that I started, and with a “manage by objective” policy; I was able to consistently meet expectations with limited time and budget.

In this position, I created a 5-year tenet to bring this company into the information age by developing and implementing an enterprise class datacenter and back office systems. From unified communications to executive dashboards, I successfully accomplished my objectives in both scope and budget. In so doing, I became an expert in SharePoint and have continued to develop my expertise in managing, developing, and creating IT strategies in various doctrines.

As part owner and founder, I created several technologies that were adopted by industry, including the first iteration of Target Technology, a concept I developed that matches user preferences without comingling identity. I also helped create the IT systems and strategy for the USPV, the Venture Group, Sports Marketing alliances, and other interests of my principle investors.
