Technical experience in many technologies including electronics, semiconductor technology, computer systems, telecommunication systems, smartphones, Internet related applications, home appliances, medical devices and various other technologies.Previously served as the Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association, which is one of the largest IP bar associations in the world. Currently serving on a Task Force addressing the issue of patent eligibility under section 101 of the patent statute including extensive interactions with all major IP bar associations, other interest groups, and both staff and legislators (both Senators and Congresspersons) on Capitol Hill. Previously served on the ABA President's Commission on Veterans' Legal Servicers.
