EOS is a management operating system that harnesses human energy — delivering better results for businesses and more fulfilling lives for the people who run them.When a client handed me a copy of Traction by Gino Wickman in 2014, I had no idea of the impact it would have on me and the 40+ clients/200+ leaders I have gone on the EOS journey with since that moment. My passion has not changed since I launched The trU Group in 2009 - "Maximizing growth and minimizing pain, to help leaders and team move to and past the tipping point of success." As a certified EOS Implementer, I get to do work I am passionate about every day.Specifically, I’ll help you do three things called Vision, Traction®, Healthy. Vision is aboutgetting your leaders 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and howit’s going to get there. Traction is about helping your leaders become more disciplined andaccountable so they can achieve every part of your Vision. I believe in EOS after helping more than 20 organizations implement it over the past 4 years. I have now officially joined the implementer community, which has been all of what I expected and more. What a great group of people! I am excited to continue my own journey to mastery.

Michigan Shifting Gears Program is a state sponsored program to help middle to high level managers make a shift to leadership of small/medium sized businesses. I am a big fan of the program and it is a great example of why Michigan is a special place to live. Diana Wong, founder of Sensei Change Associates, created the program and has gathered an amazing group of individiuals together to build the program - now on the 12th cohort and having more than 400 graduates. This is a really special program, and I am honored to be part of the team (Sensei Change) that administers it for the MEDC/State of Michigan.

Led the long range planning for injection molding operations. Did extensive programming in Focus to analyze and evaluate the utilization of 85+ machines. Provided support and training for schedulers within the specific manufacturing sites to ensure information to address immediate customer needs was available and longer term make/buy decisions were being made in the best interests of the business and the customer.

Created and maintained programs in Focus database language that helped manage the scheduling of a fully integrated Steel Mill. Responsible for monthly performance around reporting and implementation/support of personal computers/applications across the management staff for our department.
