Hey, my name is Scott. TL;DRI’m a seasoned growth marketer with a proven track record of growing revenue in B2B and B2C verticals. When you can position yourself as the guide in their story and give them a plan (your product or service) towards success, your brand story becomes clear and you can sell/market better. I supported school growth from 500 to 13K students. The next job I took moved me into the e-commerce world where I learned about merchandising, promotions, email marketing, and Amazon. Again, I took it upon myself to make strides by teaching myself ways to grow and make a true business impact. Even my boss once said “ Scott, I loved that you just did things. didn’t ask for permission…even sometimes breaking them…😅 but you got things done.” This is where I also dabbled into sales as well. I’m good at relationships, but sales is very humbling. Not for the faint of heart. I’m pretty good at it, but it doesn’t get me up in the morning…if you know what I mean. While I was there, the company grew revenue by 15% and I grew their Amazon revenue by 1,450%. Next, I moved on to the agency world. This was a challenging and exciting experience of working with multiple businesses across multiple industries. This challenged me in new ways as both a strategist and an executor.I have overseen over 50 paid media accounts accounting for $2MM+ in ad spend generating $15MM+ in pipeline and revenue.This is also where I began my journey in management. I’ve led many teams. I enjoy it and I have a knack for it. Helping people become a better version of themselves is a special type of reward.I now found myself in an executive position, leading a team and crafting strategies in the agency world — working closely with senior executives to reach their company goals; on time and under budget.
