I am a Chief Operating Officer encompassing more than 30+ years of telecommunications experience focused around both people / team management & organizational leadership responsibilities. I have spent the past 15+ years focusing on helping organizations develop & execute a clear strategy and communication direction while managing teams & departments within Operations, Engineering, Network Operations Center, IT and Support functions. With deep rooted telecommunications experience, I have the ability to build strategic partnerships with both internal and external clients to achieve expected business goals. My strengths include people & team management, providing a clear strategic vision for the organization, as well as bringing resources together to accomplish common goals. After spending 4 successful years in the US Air Force, I moved into the corporate private sector and started my career within Operations and Engineering environments gaining valuable experience in the telecom field. My technical experience is strong with Cisco based networks, LAN/WAN, IP Routing, Transport & Switching, Cloud Infrastructures, Collaboration & Monitoring tools, Microsoft Suite, etc. I feel that the combination of my strong technical know-how and people management experience have led me to be a successful executive within the telecommunications industry. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking in the mountains and of course spending time with my family.
