I have spent the last 20 years building businesses. I thrive on the sense of ownership it gives me in my work. I own the relationship with the client and am motivated to find a solution that improves their business. This is why sales is something I love- it allows me to feel ownership and develop those relationships.My sales experience has allowed me to work with many different types of clients- many in the SMB space all the way up to large corporations. My time in the recruiting/staffing world also gave me perspective to the challenges hiring managers face. This allows me to sell to many different types of people in an organization. I love the unique challenges each company faces and am always looking to improve my sales ability to overcome these challenges.
