He regularly serves as lead counsel in complex commercial cases and regulatory litigation for both private and public sector clients. His impressive client list includes Genzyme Corporation and Fidelity Investments, MIT and Tufts University, and dozens of governmental entities from the Massachusetts Port Authority to the cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco.Scott has built a national airport practice, representing over 100 governmental airport owners in federal regulatory compliance matters, civil litigation, and airport-airline negotiations.Scott's work often involves intricate economic or scientific issues.  He is an active participant in the civil rights community and frequently handles politically-charged constitutional litigation.Scott has spoken at numerous conferences on complex litigation and airport regulation throughout the United States.
