As the West Coast Operations Manager, my mission was to lead, coach and oversee onsite personnel for all active contract sites which provide Full Food, Dining Facility and Janitorial services to military and government personnel. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to ensuring adherence to federal contractual obligations and Union compliance, maintaining daily communications with onsite management and staff, operational procedures of site personnel, general operations, and data reporting.
