As I’ve entered my third year at Dixon Commercial Investigators, I am proud of what I have accomplished so far as the Sales & Marketing Manager for this collection agency. John Dixon is hands down the best employer I have ever worked for, seeing peoples value and allowing them to flourish in their gifts. As I take on new responsibilities going into the future of this company, I hope the challenges I face will help shape me into a better leader. So far my efforts have helped increase sales nation-wide by 25-30%. Let’s see if I can beat that.
