Scott P. Rosenberg is president and partner of Nehmer, an international architecture and project management firm specializing in hospitality. While teaching, he empowered graduate students to take a fresh look at real estate assets and investments. His curriculum thoughtful assignments were modeled to inspire students to separate them apart from their peers.
