During these times our focus was on intentional time and building relationships through the medium of the outdoors. While maintaining the upmost safety precautions, participants where challenged to push themselves past their personal comfort zones. By exposing themselves to new experiences, they were able to grow in their self-confidence while learning tools to trust others around them.

Oversaw a staff of 25 adventure guides to help plan, execute, and evaluate various outdoor trips for students of Gonzaga University. Throughout the year as a team we led trips that took students backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, climbing, kayaking, fly-fishing, and rafting. Our largest trip involved a 5 day pre-orientation trip for 75 incoming freshman that included rafting, mountain biking, and hiking in western Montana.
