I develop and maintain existing customer relationships and generate sales of bank equipment and service to assigned accounts in accordance to company objectives. I also assist with regional management in developing new customer contacts and sales plans. I identify customer requirements for equipment needs including new construction and replacement and any other programs or special projects. Provided with the customer's needs and requirements, I develop product and service proposals. I also help develop account plans including replacement programs for equipment. I also function as the point of contact for any escalated issues that require immediate resolution.At BranchServ, I manage and maintain office related duties, shipping/receiving and inventory control.
