Anticipated guests’ needs and went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of and that they had everything needed to enjoy their stay and was able to find unique ways to add value to their visit.-Proficient with Opera, VING, Royal Service Manager, GivEx, and competent in completing front office duties and co-ordinating with other departments. -Received numerous positive J.D. - Successfully trained as a full-time AM housekeeping agent to clean and maintain at least 10 rooms a day to the high quality and expectations of Fairmont.
- Eventually was asked to be a part of the PM housekeeping team to help complete turndown service as well as other tasks to help the functioning of the AM team.- Gained experience dealing with valued guests during turndown service in both the suites as well as the Gold Floor of the hotel.- Received training as the Housekeeping Office Co-coordinator to further my understanding of the interdependence of each department within the hotel.
