Since 1984 I have been passionate about helping my clients control healthcare costs while meeting the needs and expectations of their employees.Providing employees with a comprehensive benefit program is very complex in today's challenging business environment. For this reason we have created a proprietary system that allows us to take a strategic approach and create a multi year strategy to control costs and minimize the administrative burden of providing medical insurance, 401k and other benefit programs.We take our professional education very seriously. In addition to a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Finance from Rutgers I've earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) degree from the Wharton School of The University of PA as well as numerous other professional designations including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).As Former Chairman of the Board of United Benefit Advisors , I have been at the pulse of thought leadership in the employee benefits industry for many years.
