I led RetireeFirst's strategic and tactical marketing and communications initiatives, including buyer persona-targeted brand messaging, content development, and multi-channel lead generation campaigns. I also spearheaded thought leadership webinars, directed event initiatives, and led the build-out of RetireeFirst's social media channels to drive brand awareness and amplify our message.My key accomplishments at RetireeFirst contributed to 32% revenue growth and included:• Launched a major rebrand from LaborFirst to RetireeFirst to support the company's expansion into the Pubic Sector market, as it had been previously focused on the Labor Union market. The initiative consisted of multi-channel external and internal campaigns to position the rationale for the rebrand and how it would be implemented.• Reignited the Events program by securing thought leadership speaking opportunities and crafting pre, during, and post-event email and social campaigns for 53 conferences. Directed distribution and tracking of event leads via a HubSpot and Salesforce interface, in collaboration with our Sales teams. Generated 5,000+ leads and 13 client wins.• Developed ABM, competitive takeaway, and lead nurturing campaigns that generated 1,600+ leads and converted 9 new clients. Created nurturing content: Website landing pages, social media ads and posts, blogs, case studies, videos, and emails with triggered workflows.• Spearheaded a new series of thought leadership webinars, partnering with company Executives, clients, consultants, and industry experts as speakers. Planning and execution included registration landing pages, presentation development, and hosting. Generated 600+ leads and 4 client wins.
