This will save CenturyLink money and provide a greatly improved customer experience as well as provide a framework to move all internal BSS applications to the cloud.• Modified AMDOCS 'C' build to allow auto-creation of SOAP client code given only WSDL and XSD files.• Improved provisioning task completion time-frame by 800% resulting in fewer delayed orders and bringing forward significant revenue. Created a massively parallel provisioning job in C built on top of the existing legacy AMDOCS Tuxedo code to enable tasks to complete in parallel using an XML input to backend. Job is highly scalable.• Significantly improved order creation times for large business customers by creating a massively parallel mass order creation engine in C using the existing AMDOCS Tuxedo order management system. This engine is still in use today and is now used for many different order creation needs.• Created a Java solution allowing customers to view bills online from a legacy COTS document storage product. This solution also allowed customers to save their bills in PDF format.• Created a set of tools to integrate legacy C code into the Eclipse IDE – there was no IDE at all previously. Worked with Tech Safari, a contracting vendor, to accomplish this task. Tools are still in use today.• Led the creation of a companywide knowledge sharing and social media platform. Worked directly with the University of Ulster, Queen's University and The British Broadcasting Corporation on applications of 3D Virtual Environments in DNA Micro-array analysis and broadcasting infrastructure. Responsible for forming and starting FBBT, Ltd. Worked with BBC to develop 3D virtual environment to monitor and manage broadcasting infrastructure, Matador. Created all proofs of concept and was responsible for the creation of the final product.
