Provided key leadership, technical oversight and vendor management services for the organization. Played a key role in vendor selection and contract negotiation for implementation of a Contact Relations Management (CRM) system. Worked with Global Architecture team to select a new hosting environment resulting in > $1M savings to the organization. Integrated a new vendor supplied CRM application to increase customer satisfaction, shorten turn-around time on claims and provide key analytic data for the division. For an international chemical supplier, provided project management and senior developer services in the design, development and delivery of a Web based Chemical Compound Information and Administration System. Delivered the system design documents and managed the project plan as well as led the effort to evaluate and select the JAVA development tool.

Managed the development of two global pricing and rating products that supported the organization’s segmented/cluster strategy. Products were considered key to establishing consistent and accurate capacity rating pricing across all geographic areas. Projects involved coordinating development efforts in London, Toronto, Miami, Chicago and Philadelphia.Acted as technical lead and manager for the analysis, design, development and deployment of a strategic underwriting and claims workstation tool for CIGNA International’s Property and Casualty business. It cleared the way for significant reengineering savings in most field offices. Directed a multinational team of 15 developers, designers and testing personnel.
