With over 25 years of experience in leadership and management, business development, and cross-cultural collaboration, I am passionate about helping leaders and coaches adapt to change and thrive in the future of work. As the Director of Partner Success at AQai, I help our Certified Partners develop strategies to implement adaptability assessments and coaching platforms, which enable organizations to measure, develop, and leverage their adaptability quotient (AQ).I am also a certified trainer in cultural intelligence (CQ) and unconscious bias (UB), two key skills for working effectively across diverse and inclusive environments. I have worked with growth-focused organizations across various industries and functions, delivering customized solutions and insights that drive performance and innovation. I have built and led teams across three international offices, and visited over 35 countries and cultures, learning from different perspectives, beliefs, and values.
