    I was in command (IC) of running and maintaining a large F&L compound in camp Bastion, taking charge of a six man section assuring that the compound ran smoothly issuing F&L to various battle groups to support the Operation. I also helped out on reconstructing a new manual stock account due to an electronic accounts malfunction. Also Took a four man section to a Forward Operating Base (FOB) to fully construct a 2 tank site using TFC (Tank Fuel Collapsible), This was too ensure that the battle group in that location had enough fuel supply to run their vehicles and generators due to poor conditions.

I was to make sure the POL point was dipped on a first/ last parade and annotated on the fuels account accordingly. Carried out stock checks and stock rotation, keep the account well maintained to a very high standard.

Also took an 8 man team to strip the 12 tank site and help with the rebuild of the new 22 tank site, building filter packs, issue & receipt points making sure they were built correctly and in a safe manner.

Also dipping our tanks on a daily routine, day & night to assure the stock was correct according to the account and safe to issue to customers.
