Organically grew 24K into 3M in 4 years by developing innovative, best in class, performance analysis and tuning tools for IBM DB2 UDB; led marketing, sales, support, and development teams, fostered partnerships, and nurtured customer relationships. DGI was sold to BMC Software in June of 2003.
