Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead focusing on all things Oncology. In 2014 I finished up a personal dream and goal of living with my family and working full-time from my home office in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was even more fun than it sounds! I repatriated to the United States during the Summer of 2014, moving my family to the beautiful Lake Tahoe area and jumped back into the San Francisco Bay Area talent acquisition scene. I'm currently having a blast working remotely sourcing and recruiting Commercial, Clinical Development, Clinical Science, Medical Affairs, Global Patinet Safety, Translational Science and Biomarker talent for BeiGene.My Passions?Professionally, I love all things staffing. From the basic altruistic high of getting someone a job, maybe getting them back on their feet after an unfortunate event or just facilitating career growth, it feels great! I excel in and get really excited about staffing strategy, but still enjoy the day to day operations.Personally, I enjoy all things travel, including executing, discussing and exchanging advice, attending live music events and sharing good times and adventures with family and friends. In the summer of 2019, my family and I traveled through Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Japan on an unforgettable Asian adventure. I'm an avid skier and scuba diver with a passion for outdoor activities and trying to fit in some quiet, quality family nature time in an otherwise busy life.
