Contract role with OzHarvest to help them with their first crowd funding project. I was responsible for setting up the crowd funding campaign at Chuffed.org, capturing and creating visual collateral for the marketing push and then monitoring and driving social media engagement in order to maximise donations. Net result was the target of $80k exceeded that will fund the new Nourish Program kitchen to train and mentor at risk youth in cooking and hospitality skills with mentoring from chefs like Matt Moran and Neil Perry.

My role involved growing the customer base through both inbound and outbound marketing strategies and essentially communicating the full value proposition of the Rezdy solution. As part of a compact team I also had the opportunity to be involved in other key aspects of the business such as marketing, strategy, support and software development.

This position at Eco Outdoor involved selling their range of exterior walling and flooring finishes and outdoor furniture to both the specifier market and also to their retail clientele. The emphasis was on a consultative approach where we aimed to bring influence and expertise in to the decision making process. Role requirements were to:• Liaise with the designer, the installer, and also with the end client and document the process using CRM software. Facilitate consultations within the showroom where key decisions were being made regarding design aesthetics and product choice.• Discuss tender requirements with various contractors and provide quotations and technical expertise on products. They supply nationally within the FMCG space to a wide range of customers from five star hotels through to supermarkets, catering companies, clubs, restaurants and cafes. The role consisted of:• Managing a database of over 200 accounts from small cafes through to 5 star hotels and large corporations. Revenue from these accounts was over $4 million per annum and the largest in the company.• Identifying new opportunities for future business and growing existing accounts. 70 new customers signed, including a number of new key accounts.• Attending weekly strategy meetings with senior staff and forward weekly planning of key priorities.• Communicating the value proposition to potential customers and providing solutions to any problems. • Training key staff on all aspects of the product and working with business owners to ensure maximum profitability.• Managing, training and directing a merchandiser.

Snowworkers is a snow industry employment service that saw me involved from its BETA phase through to its official launch and beyond. The key responsibilities of the role were to:• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle for the website in Australia and New Zealand. • Devise and execute marketing strategies for the website which helped grow our user database to more than 6000 people. The majority of users being in the Australasian region.• Liaise with businesses as needed to discuss their advertising requirements.• Improve and administrate the website, create new job listings and conduct site maintenance
