Global Director of Sales Planning and Analytics reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.In charge of the Team that sits at the intersection of Data Science, Finance and Sales. Put simply, it’s my team’s job to build revenue forecasting models, run quotas/compensation and leverage data insights that allow our Sales VPs as well as every business function (product, marketing, finance, operations, etc.) explain, track and more effectively manage their respective businesses.Build predictive data models to proactively help sales teams know which customers to target, when we should contact, why we are targeting them, and what messaging has been effective. This data is then shared internally with marketing, product, finance, etc. to close the loop for continuous improvement. These efforts helped directly contribute ~$15M of top line growth in 2020.Financial modeling to help evaluate specific sales initiatives
