I've been in IT for a long old time (20+ years!) and I still love it. I've specialised in techy things, managed teams of people and developed myself right up to fancy Exec roles. Working in some of the UK's largest IT providers, I've lead teams of 100+ people, been responsible for multi-million pound turnovers and changed the IT experience for hundreds of businesses. Literally 10's of 1000's of people at this stage. 🤔So what?!Well exactly. I suppose the point is, that I've been in those massive IT companies and realised that somewhere along the way, they always grow to the point where people forget to care about the customer.
