Responsible for East-Switzerland’s operational team, comprised of 11 members.

Managing the customer success team, composed of 6 employees responsible for the Swiss market. Leading actions on 3 primary axes: customer onboarding, retention and reactivation. Each action was managed from conceptualization trough trial testing and implementation.

The role of the corporate communications team, is to implement the communication strategy defined by the Country Corporate Communication Director to develop awareness, build and reinforce L’Oreal Group’s reputation over time.- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in line with the business strategy and Group Communication strategy- Contribute to thinking on the communication plan, develop and communicate a full calendar of media relations activity- Prepare press release and ensure correct diffusion- Organize press events- Monitor media analysis and media activity reporting- Contribute to supporting and advising the Country GM and Country senior management with regard to corporate communication topics: develop communication tools: Q&A, key messages ....- Initiate, develop and manage internal communication projects/operations - Organize internal communication events

The Student Council is a majority-elected organization guiding all aspects of student life and serves as a liaison between the student community and the EHL Council.The Student Council is a committed and proactive student body, which represents the interests and concerns of the students. It inspires awareness and solidarity among students, faculty, staff and the management and encourages an effective flow of communication between all. It embodies the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne's Code of Ethics and adheres the Student Code of Ethics to make it part of our everyday lives.
