I have worked in customer service my entire life. Along the way I have taken on many different responsibilities at various jobs. I have been in management and sales throughout my career.Most recently, I have been the Owner and Operator of my own remodeling/handyman business and currently run all operations. These responsibilities include all of the marketing and sales for the business. Additionally, it obviously includes a great deal of management.My aim it to bring my combination of Sales, Management, and Customer Service skills and experience together to contribute to my community in a meaningful way!The number one priority in any professional endeavor is always ensuring that the client that I am serving is completely satisfied and happy.That result is what drives me and every professional decision that I make.
