Accountable for leading the successful delivery of one or more simple to moderately complex projects according to measures of time, budget, scope, quality and relationship. Owns the customer relationship of the project, partnering with other key stakeholders including AXA Group (France) and vendors to attain the business goals and objectives.Specific Responsibilities included:Project planning, monitoring and control, configuration management, risk and issues management, vendor management and metrics.Works to integrate the various multiple technology and business areas in the planning, execution, control and implementation of the project.Manages implementation of resource plan to meet workload of project portfolio.Tracks and monitors financial forecasts, managing budget to actual expenses, and budget variances.Applies project management best practices, tools, techniques and methodologies.

Accountable for the support and analysis of multiple divisions’ software and hardware configurations including: hotel, golf, security, surveillance, gaming, food and beverage, human resources, payroll, manufacturing and retail employing approximately 4500 with assets exceeding $2Bil.Overall objective is to enhance the guest experience within all divisions.

Project lead for the design, configuration and implementation of time and attendance payroll software for 25,000 union associates, 400 stores, across five divisions within four states that included multiple labor contracts. Point person for contract interpretations and configuration of pay practices utilizing TimeCorp’s Visual Labor Management Software (VLM).
