Oversee the full product development lifecycle and define the vision and strategy for Green Project's product portfolio. Work in collaboration with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to perform market analysis and develop go-to-market strategies for product launches. Define company-wide standards, best practices, and prioritization approaches, and ensure consistent excellence among a team of product owners and other product professionals as our business and offerings continue to grow.

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product discovery and market research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch• Manage and maintain short-term and long-term project roadmaps; communicates with customers and partners regarding roadmap progress• Solicit feedback from customers, team members, and other stakeholders regarding product improvements, drives feature prioritization discussions• Produce and maintain product storyboards, rough wireframes, and technical requirements to be prototyped and implemented by development teams• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization• Collaborate with development project managers to maintain up-to-date documentation of all features

• Operate as a key member of the leadership team for EBSCO's GOBI Library Solutions product line, working with multiple agile development teams as part of an agile release train to deliver great products and services to our customers• Work with business initiative owners to define their vision and business requirements as a set of well written capabilities and features with clear acceptance criteria• Collaborate with software architects to ensure the necessary technical capabilities are in place on which to build high performing, secure, and extensible software features• Maintain an actionable and prioritized agile release train backlog comprised of product capabilities, features and technical enablers• Collaborate with user experience experts and user interface designers to ensure features have supporting documentation and design for an engaging customer experience• Manage Agile Product Owners who are part of the software delivery process

• Work with agile development teams to deliver products and services in EBSCO's GOBI Library Solutions product line• Operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment across multiple functional teams• Assist Product Managers with the definition of product features and functionality• Express requirements in well written stories which have clear acceptance criteria• Maintain an actionable, prioritized team backlog • Proactively communicate progress, decisions, impediments, and risks • Ensure high quality software releases to our customers

• Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape the vision and requirements of new platform components and features• Able to internalize broader platform strategy such that it informs platform specifications and feature priorities• Conduct proactive customer reach-outs, coordinate with Sales to establish a communication channel with customers to enable their adoption, assist them with promoting adoption among their users• Maintain inventory of Customer-generated and User-generated feedback• Troubleshoot/triage service issues reported by customers and end-users (internal and external)• Determine pervasiveness and impact of market-driven issues and map those to product roadmap & prioritization• Work both within teams and across the organization coordinating with colleagues to ensure the ultimate integrity of platform capabilities between different modules/apps and teams/organizations• Produce clear, detailed and measurable product requirements including business rules, process flows and user scenarios; test upon completion to ensure the requirements have been met• Work closely with user experience designers, software developers, the product manager and other product owners to provide guidance to the development of new features and functionality• Monitor and make recommendations for improvement of platform capabilities as well as software development lifecycle processes and tools
