Achieved #1 market share (displacing HP) in less than 4 years.• Responsible for all platform software features, product roadmap and 3rd party requirements. • Recruited and built up 20-person product and technical marketing team responsible for delivering the UCS software platform and ISV strategy, market ecosystem and product roadmap/features.• After initial product roll-out, led out-bound product management, marketing, sales acceleration, GTM and field enablement programs across US, European and Emerging Markets. Developed and executed sales/channel initiatives and bridged the server business unit with Cisco's field organizations. Working directly with new customers, the Cisco sales team and channel partners, helped grow the product line from its introduction in 2009 to $3.5 Billion (annualized) product line by mid 2014.
