My role at 3M was to provide overall marketing leadership for the Care Innovation product line, which includes the Healthcare Data Dictionary, Enterprise Master Person Index, Clinical Data Repository, and Terminology Consulting Services.

This role was an executive-level position within the Lightspeed subsidiary (focused on Dealer Management Systems). I was responsible for all marketing programs, including demand generation, communications, brand management, sponsorships/alliances, public relations, product management, project management, data publishing, manufacturer relations, and technical writing.

Held several positions over five years. I was the chief strategist for retail accounts, developing sales and marketing programs for Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Canon, RIM/Blackberry, Sony Electronics, Whirlpool/KitchenAid, Hewlett-Packard, Sirius Satellite Radio, and Ford Motor Company. Part of division leadership team. Led corporate re-branding process.

I was part of a three-person team responsible for developing the Official Licensed Merchandise program for the 2002 Olympic Games. Managed retail sales program. Directed State Olympic license plate program that generated $3M for underprivileged youth. Also participated on Salt Lake Olympic Bid Committee, providing translation/interpretation and hosting services for SLOBC executives and IOC members.
