I analyzed power change thermal management systems and created a lab set up that could measure, record, and process data that was collected during these experiments. By adjusting flow rates, temperatures, and pressures, the experiment could be manipulated to find energy storage capacity of various materials that would be used in phase change thermal systems. By analyzing the heat energy absorbed by the system and comparing that to the energy that could be drawn out of the system, recommendations were made to maximize the efficiency of similar systems.

As a graduate student, I taught Introduction to Aerospace Fundamentals, Propulsion Lab Experiments, and an Experimental Aerodynamics Lab. I was in charge of teaching these students the engineering principles behind each experiment that was performed in addition to showing them how to properly set up each experiment in order to properly collect the data we wanted to analyze. Utilized LabView and MATLAB in order to control experiments, such as automating sting balance movements and collecting pressure data in real time.
